Keeping Up on Airline Baggage Fees

Curious about how much it will cost to check baggage on your next trip?  In the latest move, American Airlines has raised their checked baggage fees five dollars. Passengers on AA will now pay $20 for the first checked bag and $30 for the second.

As of right now, other major carriers such as US Air, United Airlines, Delta and Continental are allowing travelers to pay a baggage fee of $15 first bag if paid online. If you pay at the airport, it will be $20.  AA, however, is not offering this lower online fee.

Before you travel, please be aware of the baggage fees to save you time and trouble at the airport.  Any questions on air or any other travel, please contact us at Five Star Travel and Cruises!
